Unless otherwise stated, prices may exclude applicable taxes, bank charges, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, payment gateway fees, or government charges. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or charges related to your purchase or use of our services, unless otherwise required by law.

Each project has a defined scope based on the selected package, proposal, onboarding confirmation, invoice, subscription plan, or agreement. Any request outside the agreed scope may be considered additional work and may require additional fees, revised timelines, or a separate agreement.
To allow us to deliver services properly, you agree to provide: accurate business information, required content, text, images, and assets, logos, brand guidelines, design references, timely feedback/approvals, access credentials, payment according to agreed terms, and clear instructions.
Delivery timelines are estimates unless explicitly confirmed as binding in a written agreement. Timelines may be affected by Client response delays, missing content or assets, scope changes, technical complexity, third-party service delays, payment delays, required approvals, integration issues, platform review processes, or force majeure events.
The number of revisions depends on the selected package, proposal, invoice, or agreement. Revisions must remain within the agreed scope of work. Major changes, new features, new design directions, additional content, structural changes, or changes requested after approval may require additional fees and revised timelines.
A deliverable may be considered accepted when the Client confirms approval in writing, the Client publishes or launches it, the Client starts using it, the Client requests additional work based on it, or the Client does not provide feedback within a reasonable review period after delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aplikation.com and LIIA.ONE retain ownership of all pre-existing and reusable intellectual property, templates, and frameworks. The Client retains ownership of Client-provided materials (logo, brand name, content). The Client receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use the solution according to the package or agreement.
You confirm that any content, logos, images, videos, trademarks, text, data, files, or materials you provide are either owned by you or legally authorized for use. You are responsible for ensuring that Client Content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
Some projects may require third-party services, including hosting, domains, payment gateways, APIs, plugins, and themes. You agree that third-party services are controlled by their own providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or policy changes.
Hosting, maintenance, monitoring, backups, and support are provided only if included in your package, subscription, proposal, invoice, or agreement. Support may include bug fixes, minor updates, technical assistance, and server checks.
We aim to deliver services with reasonable skill and care. If a bug is caused by our work and reported within the agreed support or warranty period, we may fix it. A bug or issue may not be covered if it is caused by Client changes or system misuse.
If you provide login credentials, API keys, or hosting access, you confirm that you are authorized to provide such access. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, and we are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by Client negligence.
For mobile applications or platform-dependent services, publication and approval depend on third-party platforms such as Apple App Store and Google Play. Aplikation.com does not guarantee approval by Apple or Google unless explicitly agreed in writing.
If we assist with domains, hosting, servers, or deployment: domain ownership remains with the registered owner, hosting access may depend on active payment, and suspension or cancellation may affect website or app availability. You are responsible for maintaining your own records and backups.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Aplikation.com, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. If we build or support a website, mobile app, or digital system for you, you are responsible for ensuring that your own users are provided with the required privacy notices.
Refunds and cancellations depend on the selected service, package, subscription, invoice, and project stage. Unless otherwise stated in writing: setup fees are non-refundable, custom work is non-refundable once started, subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins.
We may suspend or terminate access to services if payment is overdue, you violate these Terms, you misuse our website/systems, or continuing the service creates legal, financial, technical, or security risks. Termination does not remove payment obligations for work already completed.
Both parties may receive confidential information during a project or business relationship. Each party agrees to take reasonable steps to protect confidential info and not disclose it except where necessary to deliver services or comply with law.
Unless you request otherwise in writing, Aplikation.com may display non-sensitive project information in its portfolio, case studies, sales presentations, website, or marketing materials (including Client brand name, logo, public screenshots).
Aplikation.com provides digital solutions, software, websites, mobile applications, and related services. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including sales, revenue, profit, user growth, search ranking, or conversion rates.
We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that Aplikation.com, hosted products, websites, apps, or subscription services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aplikation.com and LIIA.ONE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aplikation.com, LIIA.ONE, its owners, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, Client Content you provide, or infringement of third-party rights.
Aplikation.com and LIIA.ONE are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, war, cyberattacks, or platform outages.
We may update, modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of our website, services, packages, features, subscriptions, pricing, or business model at any time. For active paid Clients, material changes will be handled according to the applicable written agreement.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business operations, legal requirements, or policies. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of Aplikation.com after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LIIA.ONE is legally registered, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
