Aplikation.com is operated by LIIA.ONE. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, setup fees, custom work, and service termination are handled when you purchase or subscribe to services through Aplikation.com.

By purchasing, subscribing, or using our services, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. About This Policy

Aplikation.com provides ready-made and customizable digital solutions, including websites, mobile applications, software modules, business systems, subscription-based products, hosting, support, maintenance, and related services.

Because many of our services involve digital products, setup work, customization, technical configuration, design work, third-party tools, and human service time, refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the stage of delivery.

2. General Refund Principle

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed.

A refund may be approved only when it is reasonable, applicable to the service type, and not restricted by completed work, active subscriptions, custom development, third-party costs, or agreed project terms.

Aplikation.com reserves the right to review each refund request individually.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Setup fees
  • Consultation fees
  • Discovery or planning fees
  • Custom design work once started
  • Custom development work once started
  • Completed milestones
  • Subscription fees after the billing cycle begins
  • Hosting fees
  • Domain fees
  • Third-party software, plugin, API, or platform fees
  • Payment gateway fees
  • Bank charges or transaction fees
  • App store or developer account fees
  • Work already delivered or partially delivered
  • Services delayed because of missing client content, approvals, payment, or access

4. Subscription Cancellations

Some Aplikation.com services may be offered as recurring subscriptions.

You may request cancellation of your subscription by contacting us at: contact@aplikation.com

Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

After cancellation, you may lose access to:

  • Hosted website or app services
  • Subscription-based software
  • Maintenance
  • Technical support
  • Updates
  • Cloud hosting
  • Platform features
  • Add-ons or integrations included in the subscription

5. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you cancel a project before any setup, planning, design, development, configuration, or third-party purchase has started, Aplikation.com may approve a full or partial refund.

Any approved refund may exclude:

  • Payment processing fees
  • Bank fees
  • Administrative fees
  • Third-party costs already paid
  • Any work already performed

6. Cancellation After Work Starts

If work has already started, the paid amount may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the work completed.

Started work may include:

  • Project planning
  • Requirement review
  • Team assignment
  • UI/UX design
  • Website setup
  • App setup
  • Software configuration
  • Hosting preparation
  • Development work
  • Technical research
  • Third-party integration setup
  • Project management
  • Communication and consultation time

Aplikation.com may deduct the value of completed or started work from any refund, where applicable.

7. Cancellation After Delivery

Once a deliverable has been completed, delivered, published, launched, approved, or used by the Client, payments related to that deliverable are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A deliverable may be considered accepted if:

  • The Client approves it in writing
  • The Client publishes or launches it
  • The Client starts using it
  • The Client requests additional work based on it
  • The Client does not provide feedback within a reasonable review period

8. Refunds for Custom Work

Custom work is generally non-refundable once started.

Custom work may include:

  • Custom website design
  • Custom mobile app development
  • Custom software modules
  • Custom integrations
  • Admin dashboard customization
  • API integration
  • Payment gateway setup
  • Branding or UI customization
  • Data migration
  • Workflow automation
  • Feature development
  • Technical configuration

Because custom work is created specifically for the Client, it cannot usually be returned, resold, or reused in the same way as a standard product.

9. Refunds for Ready-Made Digital Products

Ready-made or pre-built digital products may be refundable only if:

  • The product has not been activated, configured, accessed, customized, downloaded, delivered, or used; and
  • No setup, hosting, support, or customization work has started; and
  • The refund request is approved by Aplikation.com.

Once a ready-made product is activated, customized, delivered, or used, it may become non-refundable.

10. Failed Payments and Service Suspension

If a payment fails, is delayed, reversed, disputed, or declined, Aplikation.com may:

  • Pause the project
  • Suspend access to services
  • Stop support or maintenance
  • Delay delivery
  • Disable subscription features
  • Remove hosting access where applicable
  • Terminate the service if payment remains unresolved

The Client remains responsible for unpaid amounts related to services already provided or work already completed.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a billing issue, please contact us first at: contact@aplikation.com

We will review the issue and try to resolve it fairly.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened without first contacting us, we may suspend services, pause delivery, restrict access, or terminate the project while the dispute is being reviewed.

12. Third-Party Fees

Some services require third-party tools, platforms, APIs, hosting, domains, plugins, app stores, payment gateways, or external providers.

Third-party fees are generally non-refundable because they are controlled by the third-party provider.

Aplikation.com is not responsible for refunding third-party costs unless we explicitly agree in writing.

13. Client Delays

Refunds are not guaranteed when project delays are caused by the Client.

Client delays may include:

  • Late content submission
  • Missing business information
  • Late feedback
  • Late approvals
  • Missing access credentials
  • Delayed payments
  • Internal decision delays
  • Changing project requirements
  • Failure to attend scheduled meetings
  • Failure to provide required legal, branding, or technical materials

If a project is paused because of Client delays, Aplikation.com may revise the delivery timeline, pause work, or apply additional restart fees where applicable.

14. Project Abandonment

If the Client does not respond, provide required materials, or approve work for an extended period, the project may be considered inactive or abandoned.

Aplikation.com may close or pause inactive projects after reasonable attempts to contact the Client.

Payments made for abandoned projects are generally non-refundable, especially where work has already started or resources were allocated.

15. Service Cancellation by Aplikation.com

Aplikation.com may cancel or terminate a service if:

  • The Client violates our Terms & Conditions
  • The Client fails to pay required fees
  • The project involves illegal, harmful, misleading, or abusive activity
  • The Client provides false or unauthorized information
  • Required third-party access becomes unavailable
  • Continuing the service creates legal, technical, financial, reputational, or security risk
  • The Client behaves abusively toward our team, partners, or service providers

In such cases, refunds may be denied depending on the circumstances and work already completed.

16. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing time may depend on:

  • Payment provider
  • Bank processing time
  • Payment method
  • Currency conversion
  • Transaction review
  • Third-party provider rules

Aplikation.com is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third-party providers.
