Aplikation.com provides ready-made and customizable digital solutions, including websites, mobile applications, software modules, business systems, subscription-based products, hosting, support, maintenance, and related services.
Because many of our services involve digital products, setup work, customization, technical configuration, design work, third-party tools, and human service time, refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the stage of delivery.
Refunds are not automatically guaranteed.
A refund may be approved only when it is reasonable, applicable to the service type, and not restricted by completed work, active subscriptions, custom development, third-party costs, or agreed project terms.

Some services require third-party tools, platforms, APIs, hosting, domains, plugins, app stores, payment gateways, or external providers.
Third-party fees are generally non-refundable because they are controlled by the third-party provider.
Aplikation.com is not responsible for refunding third-party costs unless we explicitly agree in writing.
Refunds are not guaranteed when project delays are caused by the Client.
Client delays may include:
If a project is paused because of Client delays, Aplikation.com may revise the delivery timeline, pause work, or apply additional restart fees where applicable.
If the Client does not respond, provide required materials, or approve work for an extended period, the project may be considered inactive or abandoned.
Aplikation.com may close or pause inactive projects after reasonable attempts to contact the Client.
Payments made for abandoned projects are generally non-refundable, especially where work has already started or resources were allocated.
